AMPS

The AMPS build is planned as a contained reconstruction of Australia’s early cellular world, using original hardware where feasible and modern scaffolding only where cost, scarcity, or law drives a knife through romance.

Right now the main barrier is hardware acquisition. The shape of the beast is known. The bones are what we are still hunting.

The aim is not nostalgia for its own sake. It is to preserve behaviour, infrastructure, and context, so the hardware can be understood as part of a living system rather than a mute prop.
